PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

Cancellation Agreement: Radar Salon requires a credit card to reserve all appointments. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice. If any cancellation is not made with more than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% the amount of your scheduled service. Same day cancellations or “no call no shows” are subject to charge the full service amount.

 

How to book an appointment:

Call: Speak with our receptionist to receive some guidance and direction for your hair needs. 858-201-6803
Book online: Go online, select a service and your stylist to receive your pending appointment. Our receptionist or stylists will confirm your selection once the timing and necessary information is gathered.

If you are booking color and you are unsure what to book or would like some guidance, please fill out our online consultation form. Complete this color consultation form and our team will get back to you.

Difference between Full head, Half head, or Partial Highlights or Balayage:
It is highly recommended to book a full highlight or balayage if you are visiting us for the first time. Nearly all of the color on our Instagram along with other trending modern looks we are seeing require full head services to start off with. Half heads and partial highlights or balayage are simply maintenance appointments and will not produce the most commonly desired results. Our color experts will help you forecast all future maintenance bookings once you begin to work together building your dream hair goals.

Color Corrections and Transformations:
Many of the haircolor on our Instagram and other mainstream viral looks can take a lot of work, along with extreme expertise! Quite often achieving fully saturated lightness on the ends or to remove unwanted warmth all over (while keeping the hair on the head) requires multiple applications of lightener as well as a variety of techniques. Nevertheless, it is nearly impossible to know how long something like this takes, which is why these color services are charged a base day rate and are subject to increase (your stylist will always inform you of any changes).

 

POLICIES

Gratuities:
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are not included in our rates. We accept tips by credit card or cash. If there is an assistant working on your hair, tips will be distributed accordingly by the stylist.

Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards, cash, gift certificates. Checks cannot be accepted.

Redo/Adjustments:
We are willing to go to any lengths to ensure our client’s satisfaction. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please contact us within 1 week of your visit to schedule an adjustment with your stylist.

Product Returns:
We care about you and your satisfaction. Although products are non-refundable, you may exchange any lightly used product of equal or lesser value on product only within 30 days of purchase.

Styling tools are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

COVID 19:
*** As per Government Guidelines, all people will be required to wear a mask while in the salon.

Feel free to wear your own, but if you don’t want to get color on it, wear a disposable one. A disposable one can be provided for you upon request.
